Ready to pedal?

The event is approaching with fast paces! But attention, there is no question of participating in the Challenge without taking some precautions. Everybody should pedal at his own speed according to his/her fitness level. The most important thing is to participate!
Schedule - Your indoor cycling schedule has been given to you by your captain. Please make sure to be present 15 minutes prior to your cycling session.

T-shirt - Your captain has given – or will give you - a « Télévie Challenge » t-shirt.

Outfit - Please make sure to bring along a comfortable sports outfit, trainers as well as your own towel. You will need it when you are using your bike!

Bike - Our indoor cycling bikes are equipped with « SPD » pedals. For our cycling enthusiasts, please be adviced that « look » shoes are not authorised.

Warm up - Before starting your indoor cycling session, it is highly recommended that you do a warming-up.

Indoor cycling session - Our challenge is above all a solidarity event. If you don’t practice a regular sports activity, it is not sensible to pedal at your highest gear for 30 minutes. Find your own rhythm and don’t  put your health at risk. If there is even the slightest health risk, you should not hesitate to stop your indoor cycling session. The most important is to participate and to have fun!

Drinks – During your indoor cycling session, please make sure to hydrate yourself. Water and energy drinks are available at the fitness room for that purpose.

Hygiene  - After your indoor cycling session, make sure to use a paper towel and spray cleaner to wipe down your bike. The person who will use the bike after you, will certainly appreciate this…

Food – Feeling hungry? To help you quench your appetite, fruit salads and energy snacks are at your disposal at room 068.

Cool down – Immediately after your indoor cycling session, take time to cool down: walk, relax and breathe freely.

Buffet – After the effort the comfort! After the Télévie Challenge results’ announcement, we kindly invite you for a relaxed buffet style meal at the bar of RTL Lëtzebuerg (ground floor of the KB2 building).
